Abstract: This paper describes the planning and development of the "Incident Reporting and Analysis System," a digital platform designed to optimize the process of recording and monitoring events related to workplace safety, including accidents, incidents, and near misses. The proposal consists of developing a technological solution that centralizes information, facilitating the submission of reports by employees and quick access by those responsible for the safety area. Based on Regulatory Standard NR-1, which establishes general provisions on occupational safety and health, the system seeks to reduce communication failures, expedite the handling of occurrences, and promote continuous improvement in prevention procedures. Methodologically, the project was developed using Python as the main language, with the Pandas library for data analysis, OpenPyXL for Excel spreadsheet manipulation, and Streamlit for creating the graphical interface. Version control was performed using Git and GitHub, while the data was stored in Excel spreadsheets that serve as a basis for consulting and updating information. The system is being validated in partnership with the security company Meireles de Freitas, which is collaborating in validating the functionalities. Preliminary results indicate that the platform has the potential to transform the management of security incidents, offering an accessible and efficient solution for companies of various sizes. The project demonstrates that the integration between technology and occupational safety can generate significant benefits for both managers and employees, contributing to the creation of safer and healthier work environments.
