ABSTRACT: The National Curriculum Guidelines for Health courses dictate that the teaching of professional ethics to students during their training should be based on practical experiences that make learning active and challenging, with content delivered in an engaging and attractive way, leading to the use of dynamic and robust teaching and learning methods. Some studies have already shown that a playful form of learning, such as using games, brings satisfactory results. The present research aims to report on the experience of creating, applying, and evaluating the educational game "True or False – Physical Therapist Code of Ethics" as an educational technology for participants of the Physiotherapy Journey Event at the Fanor WYDEN University Center - UNIFANOR. The sample consisted of 24 participants who organized themselves into pairs, therefore, 12 pairs. The first stage of the research was the creation of the educational game, based on pedagogical experiences in the History and Fundamentals of Physiotherapy course offered in the second semester of 2025. In the second stage, the educational game was applied, and in the third stage, the game was evaluated through a questionnaire with six (6) questions covering the following categories: level of learning, acquisition and retention of new knowledge, motivation during the game, competitive environment, inhibition or fear of making mistakes, and acceptance of the methodology as a form of learning. The results showed that 50% of respondents indicated a medium level of difficulty of the game and 41.7% reported learning a lot from this game-based methodology. Regarding any discomfort or inhibition when making mistakes during the game, it was found that 66.7% of participants did not feel any discomfort or inhibition at any point when making mistakes in the game. It is considered that this applied methodology brought benefits. It is considered that this applied methodology brought benefits to learning and motivation in the application dynamics, as observed through the response to the research questionnaire.
